Administration
for Physicians and Executives:
An Intensive Program
Doctors know
it. Patients feel it. Organizations must respond to it. Rather than
discovering after the fact how health care has changed, many physicians
are now initiating that change. Once charged solely with the health
of their patients, these physicians are now actively engaged in
determining the health of their organization as well.
The Administration
for Physician-Executives Intensive Program is co-sponsored by the
Governor Scott M. Matheson Center for Health Care Studies, the
School of Medicine and the
David Eccles School of Business. Comprised of administrative
and managerial skills vital to today's health care industry, the
12-day program accommodates physicians' busy schedules while providing
them with the tools and information needed to make sound business
decisions.
